We input six sentences of various length and were initially slightly underwhelmed but then realized we could use it as a starting point and revise to make them more specific and personal.

Next, we took some vows we wrote years ago for a client that were fairly casual in tone and asked ChatGPT to edit them to be more romantic sounding. ChatGPT was not messing around with the romantic tone. While we thought that, as a whole, these might be a little over the top for most people, there are definitely some lovely lines and beautiful sentiments that you can snag and weave into your own vows:
